Meet the founder
I work at the intersection of movement, coaching and personal development. I believe that physical and mental motion are deeply connected — and that real change begins with awareness.
With a background in senior HR roles and years of teaching experience in yoga, pilates and barre, I combine structured thinking with embodied practice. My approach is grounded, intuitive and focused on sustainable growth.
Based in Munich, I create spaces for clarity, strength and connection — through sessions, workshops and retreats designed to support real life, not perfection.
