The Founder
I’m Mirjam.
I work at the intersection of movement, coaching and real life. With 17 years in HR and leadership, and years of teaching yoga, pilates and breathwork, I know what it means to perform under pressure, and what it costs when body and mind fall out of sync. Motion Minded exists because I believe transformation needs more than a good conversation.
Motion Minded is built on the belief that movement, clarity and mindset are not separate paths. Together, they create space for real, lasting growth that feels aligned rather than forced.
You decide. I teach and coach in German and English – German is my mother tongue and I have already worked, taught and coached in English.
