Comfortable clothing for movement, something warm for relaxation, and anything that helps you feel at ease. Yoga mats and basic props are usually provided unless stated otherwise.
How large is the group?
Group sizes are intentionally kept small to create a calm atmosphere and allow for personal guidance.
Can I join on my own?
Yes. Many participants attend on their own and value the shared yet personal retreat experience.
