Set at an intimate lakeside location in the Bavarian Alps, the weekend is designed for grounding movement, reflection, and deep rest. Each day features two balanced yoga and pilates sessions, combining strength, mobility, and mindful presence. A guided reflection and journaling session creates space to review the year, release what no longer serves you, and regain clarity. Between sessions, enjoy unstructured time for nature walks, rest, and the warmth of the sauna overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains.
This retreat is about softening — physically and mentally.The private sauna, alpine landscape, and calm rhythm of the weekend support deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and conscious slowing down.
